Exposed prices
The transportation fees are included on sale prices only where specified for italian country, in any other case please verify the shipping cost schedule. For Extra-European customers, customs charges and taxes will be added according to the customs of the buyer’s country and will be paid upon delivery of the object by the same buyer.
Billing:
Every order will be shipped with an accompanying note, which can be used as a document proving the validity of the warranty.

Warranty:
All products on SanitariaWeb are covered by original warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. Parts subject to wear are not guaranteed, if the damage is due to normal use. If you want to avail of the warranty on a purchased product, simply contact Customer Service info@sanitariaweb.com.
Right to Withdrawal:
SanitariaWeb offers our customers the guarantee “satisfied or refunded”. If you are not satisfied by the goods received, you can return them back.
Send an email to info@sanitariaweb.com within 10 days from receipt of goods. Within 7 days of receipt of returned goods we will refund the full cost of the item.
Shipping rates:
Italy:
All packages will be sent with BRT or GLS courier, the cost of the shipping is 5,99 euros including VAT for Italy and italian islands included where not specified otherwise.
For all orders over 70 euros the shipping will be free of charge in Italian country.
European community and rest of the world:
For European community countries the shipping cost is 15 euros, for extra-european community it’s 25 euros (standard shipping with UPS courier). For extra-european countries the cost is generally 25 euros, which could increment up to 49 euros in very few countries due to logistical requirements.
The final shipping cost will be calculated based on the selected shipping country in the check-out page.
The SanitariaWeb staff reserves the right to send the goods with a different courier due to logistical requirements.
Handling time and shipments:
SanitariaWeb takes 1-3 working days for the handling of goods, package, and to carry out the necessary administrative procedures. In case of delay SanitariaWeb will notify promptly to the customer the possible delay of the goods. To this time, you have to add the time taken by the courier for delivery; timing and modes vary depending on the courier that will be used. In the calculation of the delivery days are not included Saturday and Sunday.
The couriers used by SanitariaWeb are certfied and use advanced methods of packages tracking through TRACKING CODE, which can be used by the customer to view the real position of the package since it leaves SanitariaWeb stock until it is delivered to you.
Instant Shipment items:
All items marked with this wording "instant shipment", if purchased by 12 (noon), will be shipped the same day as the order and delivered within the next 24/48 hours on the Italian territory by BRT or GLS courier, and in 48/72 hours for the rest of the world with UPS courier service, except for any delays attributable to the courier. For the other items check the shipping times proposed in the section reported under "Handling Time and Shipments”.
Delivery timing:
Delivery is made within 24 hours in Italy and in 48/72 hours in disadvantaged municipalities and in Italian islands.
If there is no one at delivery time, the courier will leave a note and will make two delivery attempts the next few days, in any case the customer can contact them for the delivery or for collection at the reference branch.
For deliveries with UPS, GLS or BRT courier you can choose the STOCKING STOP. That is the possibility to withdraw the goods independently at the courier branch selected during purchase.
For european countries the delivery is estimated in 2/4 working days with UPS courier, for the extra-european countries it’s 2/5 days with UPS courier.
Collection at SanitariaWeb:
You can pick up the goods at the warehouses of SanitariaWeb.
Before withdrawing, contact SanitariaWeb by telephone at +39 0541/22683 to make sure that the order was processed.
Communicate the order number at checkout.

The details of your card are managed directly by CartaSì specialized in management of online payments. The informations are encrypted using 128 bit encryption (SSL) to prevent the use by a third parts and are sent directly to the bank. The staff of SanitariaWeb is able to see that data.
If you pay with credit card you can send the goods to a different address from the one of the order.
The amount is charged only at the moment of card counting. Until then there’ll be just a booking amount. If the card is not accounted, the amount will be automatically released after 25 days from order.
We reserve the right to make a request to the issuing bank card on the ownership of the card in case of problems. This activity takes 5 working days. At the end of them, in case of positive outcome, we will proceed with the delivery of the order placed.
SanitariaWeb reserves the right to request a document valid for faster controls via fax.
The amount due will be charged at the shipping date of the goods and not at the date of the order.
Payments with Paypal
When customers place an order we will send a paypal money request, or the customers can send us a paypal payment to the account ID info@sanitariaweb.com, filling in payment note the description of the item purchased and the name and the surname of the customer.
Payments by bank transfer:
When paying by bank transfer the goods will be dispatched only after verifying the payment on our bank account. The current account data will be communicated at the time of purchase by mail. The payment note appearing on the bank transfer must indicate: the order number, name and surname of the customer.
Before proceeding with the bank transfer it is necessary to inquire the customer Service if the merchandise is available.
If we won’t receive the payment within 8/10 days from the order, it will be deleted.
Cash on delevery (only for Italy)
Payment on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.
The courier will only accept exact sums, corresponding to the order (you can’t have the change).
For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 5euro.
Returning goods/Returns:
In all cases of returning goods, transportation costs must be paid by the customer except for the return of defective goods under warranty, in which case the cost of delivery for replacement product are paid by SanitariaWeb.
The products must be returned intact, placed in their original package complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.) and with adequate external package carefully sealed.
The transport costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
Beware: products sent after the expected deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements will not be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you will have to choose among one of the following possibilities:
- Issuing a voucher to be spent within an year , otherwise the credit will decay
- Replacement of the goods
- Refund of money:
SanitariaWeb after receiving the goods will make, in accordance with the customer, a transfer through paypal circuit, credit card or bank transfer. Where necessary, please indicate the details of a bank or postal account (account number with SWIFT code and account holder);
The refund concerns the price of the product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. The only costs that will be charged on the customer are those relating to delivery of goods.
The goods, once will have reached our warehouse, will be examined for any damages or alteration not caused by transportation.
Refunds Returns and Goods Exchange Methods
Return and exchange of goods are allowed under the following conditions:
- If made no later than 15 days after receipt of the order
- If previously authorized and agreed by us
- If the goods are intact and undamaged with the original box.
Replacement Items (Italian country)
We’ll send you our courier who will collect the package you prepared and deliver the requested item as a replacement, the cost for this procedure is € 10 (return shipping costs). The replacement is free if the order corresponds to 150 € or more. Replacement Items (Other countries)
You will send the unwanted item back to us at your expense and we will send you the one you want at the cost of a shipping fee.
Return for shopping voucher
You will send the unwanted item back to us at your expense. We will immediately send you a voucher that can be used within one year from the date of issue.
Return for Money Refund
You will send the unwanted item back to us at your expense. We will immediately send you a money refund using the same payment method you used to buy the goods.
